Rosedale Street
Main Period: Victorian - Federation
Leadlight apparent at No’s 2, 4, 6, 14, 17 & 21.
Rosedale is another very old street in Dulwich Hill with a lot of late Victorian and early Federation homes. The Hamstead Hill Estate was auctioned in 1884 and the Fairmount Estate around the same time. There are some well preserved Victorian era houses in the street from the 1880s and 1890s in excellent condition.
Rosedale Street
No 2 is a late Victorian house (c.1888) with leadlight front door panels and in the sidelights. It’s very much an enthusiastic later addition.
