Leadlight apparent at No 3
Margaret Street was subdivided in 1883. It is a short street with a mixture of dwellings but one of the most impressive is No 3. It is a two storey terrace with an intact and complete front door entrance set. It’s beautiful… front door arched panels, sidelights and tops and fanlight.
Margaret Street was created in 1883 when when the Mills Garden Estate occured. Mills' residence is shown on the corner of John and Alt Street.

No 3 is a Federation house with a great front door entrance set of the front door panel, sidelights and fanlight. They are beautiful examples of Federation leadlight.
