1881 Warren Grove
Lots in Ivanhoe Street were first offered for sale in 1881 as part of the Warren Grove Marrickville Heights. Those lots unsold appeared in anther auction in 1882. The 1891 subdivision shows that several houses had been built. Houses from the early 1880’s rarely had leadlight.

No 19 is a Californian bungalow (c.1926) with leadlight in a three panel casement window. There may be leadlight in the fanlights as well.
